When you come into Hands Up Boxing, you are never left in the dark. In between classes, a trainer will be there at all times working with members on their form/technique, holding mitts, or whatever your personal goal is. Correct technique/form is essential to a safe, beneficial workout.
Membership entails unlimited classes/gym use. For those more into working out by themselves, everything is mapped out so you know exactly what to do. At least one trainer will be working the floor at all times to ensure you get the most beneficial/educational workout. The members get semi-personal training every time they step into the gym.
Hit to get Fit entails a 10 minute warm-up, 10 rds on heavy bags/mitts, and a 10 minute core/abs to end the session. Form/technique will be monitored to give you a safe, effective, fun workout.
