Group classes, personal training or wanting to step into the ring for some sparring, Hands-up Boxing utilizes top of the line equipment with a huge emphases on mitt work to ensure you reach your goals.
I am a former boxer with 30 years experience. I train all skill levels/men, women and youngsters, whether your goal is to get into fighting shape, learn the finer points of the sport, spar or compete. Unlike other gyms whose main goal is to burn calories, at Hands-up Boxing proper technique is essential no matter your goals. If you’re going to make time to train, do it right. My goal is for you to leave each and every session having learned something new in addition to a fun-killer workout. All personal training sessions can be recorded so you can see your strengths and, more importantly, your weaknesses and fix them.
